竹子集经济、生态、文化价值于一身,是最具开发潜力的绿色植物资源之一,其茎秆是最具开发利用价值的部分。文中概述了竹类植物由笋到茎秆的生长发育研究进展,包括生长规律、形态解剖结构、激素和生理生化、分子生物学等4个方面。文中在分析和综述的基础上,指出竹类植物茎秆生长发育研究尚比较薄弱,认为培育符合工业化利用要求和具有高观赏价值的竹子新品种是今后的主要研究方向和重点;提出了除常规的培育和经营措施外,分子辅助育种和基因工程育种将是实现高产、优质、抗逆等竹子新品种培育的重要手段,是提高竹子工业化利用效率、实现竹产业可持续发展的重要途径。
Bamboo economic, ecological and cultural values in one, is the most development potential of one of the green plant resources, the stem is the most development and utilization of the value part. The paper summarizes the research progress on the growth and development of bamboo plants from shoot to stem, including growth pattern, anatomical structure, hormone and physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology. Based on the analysis and summary, it is pointed out that the research on the growth and development of bamboo stalks is still relatively weak. It is believed that the cultivation of new varieties of bamboo which meet the requirements of industrialization and high ornamental value will be the main research directions and focuses in the future. Molecular breeding and genetic breeding will be an important means to cultivate new varieties of bamboo such as high yield, high quality and resistance to stress. It is an important way to improve the efficiency of bamboo industrialization and realize the sustainable development of bamboo industry.
