瑞典阿特拉斯·科普柯公司(Atlas Copco)生产的液压凿岩机具有高可靠性、大功率、高冲击频率、速度调节范围大等优点,在国内应用范围较广,其外形附图所示。该品牌液压凿岩机在使用过程中也会出现故障,其常见故障部位包括冲击机构、回转机构和冲洗机构,本文主要针对该品牌液压凿岩机上述3个部位零部件故障原因进行分析。1.冲击机构液压凿岩机冲击机构容易出现故障的零部件包括旋转衬套、缓冲活塞、冲击活塞、活塞导向套以及止动环等。

They are widely used in China and are shown in the drawings. The hydraulic jacking machine of the brand will also be in use during the process of failure, and its common failure parts include the impact mechanism, the rotary mechanism and the flushing mechanism. This article mainly analyzes the causes of the failure of the three parts of the hydraulic jackhammer. 1.
