1.结构特点及缺陷(1)结构特点德国MK-A20.1型坑道卡车转向机构中,连接2个转向缸的转向销轴总成由中间销轴1、锁紧套(2、3)、紧固螺栓4、螺母5和中间销轴座(6、7)等组成,如图1所示。该转向销轴总成通过锁紧套(2、3)将中间销轴1锁死。中间销轴1被锁死后,中间销轴1在与转向缸球铰的相对运动中,始终保持静止状态,中间销轴1上、下两端与锁紧套(2、3)及中间销轴1与中间销轴座(6、7)座孔不会出现干摩擦。
