为了使政府部门领导能够有效地掌握公务员的工作态度状况,探索提高员工工作积极性的方法途径,经由实证调查分析比较不同人口背景与职业性质特征的地方公务员工作价值观,研究结果显示,我国地方政府公务员的工作价值观既有同质近似之处,也有多元分歧的地方,在绝大多数人口背景与职务性质特征组别中,和谐的单位人际关系是公务员最重视的因素。80后、研究生以上学历、担任公职总年限在3—10年、综合管理类的公务员,对于实质激励与工作环境有比较高的重视程度;副科长/副主任科员以上的公务员在专业意识提升与他人肯定价值观面向上的重视水平,则是明显低于其他职务等级较低的公务员。
In order to enable government leaders to grasp the working attitude of civil servants effectively and to explore ways and means to enhance their enthusiasm for work, the values of local civil servants with different backgrounds and occupational characteristics are compared through empirical investigation and analysis.
