本文对轻应用程序在智能化社会中,针对电子政务领域可能发挥的作用及其应用前景进行了尝试性的基础分析。轻应用程序,即在移动互联时代下由特定的发布者所提供的具有多种移动互联应用功能的应用程序平台。轻应用是一种需要长期规划,具有合作和远见性质的公共服务项目。通过企业、公民等多个对象的参与、创新、支持及利用,以达到在构建政府主体社会价值的战略中,使政府服务更加具有包容性、透明度与公信力的目的。在移动互联时代,政府应该善于使用轻应用平台向公众提供简便高效的公共服务手段。通过有效的互动和规划,建立并丰富相应的社会意识;充实市民社会基层;创造出一个透明、创新,便于公众理解的开放的服务型政府。
In this paper, we try to make a tentative basic analysis of the potential applications and applications of light applications in the field of e-government in an intelligent society. Light application, an application platform with a variety of mobile Internet applications provided by a specific publisher under the era of mobile Internet. Light application is a need for long-term planning, cooperation and far-sighted nature of public service projects. Through the participation, innovation, support and utilization of multiple objects such as enterprises and citizens, the government service can be more inclusive, transparent and credible in its strategy of building the social value of government subjects. In the era of mobile Internet, the government should be good at using light application platform to provide the public with simple and efficient means of public service. Through effective interaction and planning, establish and enrich the corresponding social awareness; enrich grass-roots level of civil society; and create an open, service-oriented government that is transparent, innovative and accessible to the public.
