随着出版企业作为文化产业重要组成部分的竞争力增强,首当其冲,优胜劣汰是竞争的基本原则,出版业要生存、发展,必须有自己的竞争优势,成本控制管理是达到目的的有效工具。我国出版行业的内部机制矛盾重重;出版企业的国际竞争能力薄弱;出版物选题重复、品种雷同、结构过剩;同时纸张材料的上涨,必然要求出版企业进行成本控制管理。本文从实践上探讨出版企业的成本控制管理及其方法。
As the competitiveness of publishing enterprises as an important part of cultural industries is enhanced, bear the brunt of the competition, the survival of the fittest is the basic principle of competition. To survive and develop, the publishing industry must have its own competitive advantages. Cost control management is an effective tool to achieve its goal. The internal mechanism of publishing industry in our country has many contradictions; the international competitiveness of publishing enterprises is weak; the publications have the same titles, similar breeds and excessive structure; meanwhile, the rising of paper materials will inevitably require the publishing enterprises to control their costs. This article discusses the cost control and management of publishing enterprises and its methods in practice.
