1.前言目前,国内外应用的典型冷作模具钢有CrWMn、Cr12MoV、W6MoxCr4V2等。近几年来,我国又研制了65Cr4W3Mo2VN6(简称65Nb)12、OAL、CG2等新钢种,但由于成本高、热加工和热处理工艺复杂,所以不易推广。从我国资源的实际情况来看,如果用Si—Mn系钢做冷作模具能保证使用寿命的话,那么就能收到既经济又实惠的效果。为此,我们对60Si2Mn钢进行了淬火加低、中温回火后的硬度、抗弯、抗压、挠度、冲击等基本性能研究,并在有关工厂进行了使用寿命对比试验,得到了明确的结论。 2.试验方法和试样抗压屈服强度是用静态电阻应变仪法测
