[目的]为黄芪多糖和香菇多糖在水产饲料中的推广和应用提供参考。[方法]在草鱼饲料中分别添加不同剂量的黄芪多糖和香菇多糖,分析其对草鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响。[结果]与对照组相比,黄芪多糖能提高血清溶菌酶、血清碱性磷酸酶、血清超氧化物岐化酶活性、补体C3含量和白细胞吞噬活性,降低丙二醛含量。但是,低剂量黄芪多糖不能提高血清溶菌酶活性和补体C3含量。香菇多糖能提高血清溶菌酶活性、血清碱性磷酸酶、补体C3含量和白细胞吞噬活性,降低丙二醛含量,但不能提高血清超氧化物岐化酶活性。[结论]饲料中添加黄芪多糖和香菇多糖均对草鱼的非特异性免疫功能具有一定的促进作用。
[Objective] To provide reference for the popularization and application of astragalus polysaccharides and lentinan in aquatic feed. [Method] The astragalus polysaccharides and lentinan were added into grass carp feed at different doses respectively, and their effects on non-specific immune function of grass carp were analyzed. [Result] Astragalus polysaccharide could increase serum lysozyme, serum alkaline phosphatase, serum superoxide dismutase activity, complement C3 content and leukocyte phagocytic activity, and reduce MDA content compared with the control group. However, low-dose APS can not increase serum lysozyme activity and complement C3 content. Lentinan can improve serum lysozyme activity, serum alkaline phosphatase, complement C3 content and leukocyte phagocytic activity, reduce the content of malondialdehyde, but can not increase serum superoxide dismutase activity. [Conclusion] The addition of astragalus polysaccharide and lentinan to feed could promote the non-specific immune function of grass carp.
