转炉煤气回收是炼钢节能、环保的重要措施,世界各国煤气回收技术日益发展,取样分析和控制装置应用也日益广泛。我国对转炉煤气回收工艺处于开发阶段,基本上靠人工采样分析,凭经验回收,吨钢回收数量小,有事故危险。1983年,鞍钢、武钢、上钢一厂从联邦德国菲利蒲公司引进转炉煤气回收取样分析及控制装置,其中鞍钢引进两套,上钢一厂引进一套,武钢引进三套,合同总价为158万美元。1984年本钢从联邦德国菲利蒲公司引进三套转炉煤气回收装置,用外汇53万美元。冶金部自动化研究所引进了高温区散件一套,进行散件组装,用外汇10万美元。转 Converter gas recovery is an important measure for energy saving and environmental protection in steelmaking.
