所谓教学反思,是指教师在实践中对自己的教学行为与表现进行“异位”的分析和修正,从而不断提升自身的教育教学效能和素养的过程。我园尝试以“幼儿园教师反思性评价”为手段,改进教研活动中师幼互动有效性研究存在的问题,使教师能逐步走向自我反思、自我教育、自我完善,不断改进自己的教育实践。以下,以建构活动《小小建筑师》为例,通过教师展示自己的反思历程,来说明我们是如何研究游戏过程中师幼之间有效的互动的。
The so-called teaching reflection refers to the teacher in practice their own teaching behavior and performance of “ectopic ” analysis and correction, so as to continuously improve their education and teaching effectiveness and accomplishment of the process. I try to use “Kindergarten Teachers’ Reflective Evaluation” as a means to improve the research on the effectiveness of teacher-child interaction in teaching and research activities, so that teachers can gradually self-reflection, self-education, self-improvement and continuous improvement of their educational practice . In the following, taking the activity “Little Architect” as an example, we demonstrate how we study the interaction between teachers and children in the process of games by showing teachers their reflection process.
