急性荨麻疹并发癫(疒间)发作者罕见,我们遇见一例,现报告如下。向某,女,20岁,未婚,工人。患者于1987年11月11日晨7时许,全身起红色风团,瘙痒,伴头昏、头痛、胸闷、心慌,且逐渐加重。于9时许来门诊就诊时,突然呈角弓反张样强直,面部及手足抽搐,意识丧失,面色苍白,两眼上翻。经按压人中、合谷穴,肌注苯海拉明20mg,约3min后,意识逐渐清醒。但头痛、心慌加重,恶心、胸闷无好转而入院。
