5种植物上扶桑绵粉蚧的适生性及其潜在为害分析

在28±1℃条件下,比较了番茄Solanum lycopersicum、扶桑Hibiscus rosa-sinensis、棉花Gossypium hirsutum Linn、三裂蟛蜞菊Wedelia trilobata和豚草Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.上扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley的生长发育、生殖力、存活率和种群增长等生物学参数。结果表明:豚草上扶桑绵粉蚧种群发育速率最快,雌虫发育历期最短,仅为41.79 d,番茄上其发育速率最慢,雌虫发育历期最长,为50.55 d。扶桑绵粉蚧的产卵量高,在豚草和扶桑上的平均产卵量最高,分别达511.12粒和495.98粒,但番茄上的最低,为342.63粒。扶桑上扶桑绵粉蚧的存活率最高。在上述五种植物上,扶桑绵粉蚧种群内禀增长率r m和周限增长率λ相近,但净增殖率R0差异较大,扶桑的最高,其由高到低的次序为豚草、棉花、三裂蟛蜞菊和番茄,分别为334.79、325.84、301.43、244.68、209.86。豚草和扶桑是供试植物中最适合扶桑绵粉蚧生长发育的植物,棉花、三裂蟛蜞菊次之,番茄是最不适宜其生长发育的植物。研究表明,扶桑绵粉蚧在扶桑、棉花的繁殖力及种群增长潜力极强,而且扶桑绵粉蚧在入侵杂草-豚草上生长发育最佳,广泛分布的入侵杂草为该害虫对农作物危害提供了合适的中间寄主植物,为该虫的扩散及暴发为害的提供了必要条件。 The growth and development of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley on Solanum lycopersicum, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Gossypium hirsutum Linn, Wedelia trilobata and Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. were compared at 28 ± 1 ℃.
