尾座套筒是卧式车床的关键零件之一,图1是我厂生产的车床尾座套筒精加工工艺简图。其中4号莫氏锥孔对外圆轴线的径向跳动直接影响着车床整机精度。因此,锥孔的精磨工艺至关重要。受设备条件限制,精磨锥孔在万能外圆磨床上进行,为使工件锥孔轴线对外圆轴线的径向跳动满足要求,我们采用先精磨外圆,然后以外圆为基准精磨锥孔的工艺。为此,我们设计了磨锥孔专用夹具如图2所示,实践证明,该夹具操作简便、定心精度高、质量稳定。

To this end, we designed the grinding cone dedicated fixture shown in Figure 2, the practice proved that the fixture is easy to operate, the centering accuracy, quality and stability.
