田间试验以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacum L.)品种云烟87为试材,于2005年~2006年在河南南阳研究了不同成垄方式与分次施钾对烤烟多酚和石油醚提取物含量的影响。结果表明:(1)培土成垄和分次施钾可以使烟叶中总酚、绿原酸、芸香苷、石油醚提取物含量明显增加,以低起垄2次培土成垄,钾肥2次追施处理最高。(2)施钾次数相同,低起垄培土成垄处理的烟叶中多酚类物质和石油醚提取物含量高于平栽培土成垄处理;成垄方式相同,钾肥追施2次对多酚类物质和石油醚提取物含量的影响大于钾肥作基肥1次施入。
In field experiment, Yunotake 87, a cultivar of Nicotiana tobacum L., was used as experimental material. The effects of different ridge-forming methods and fractionated application of potassium on polyphenol and petroleum ether extract of flue-cured tobacco were studied in Nanyang from 2005 to 2006.
