建筑施工企业一般承载着较为繁重的项目施工任务,而对于项目的实施与管理必然离不开青年骨干这一梯队的人才队伍。目前,随着国内基础设施建设蓬勃发展以及国家“一带一路”战略的实施,中国建筑施工企业已进入全新发展时代,企业青年干部培养也面临着一些的问题和挑战。本文结合笔者所在单位青年人才发展的实际情况,针对青年干部系统培养的制约因素及相关问题提出一些可行措施。
Construction enterprises generally carry a more arduous project construction tasks, but for the implementation and management of the project inevitably inseparable from the young backbone of the echelon of the talent team. At present, with the vigorous development of domestic infrastructure and the implementation of the national “Belt and Road” strategy, China’s construction enterprises have entered a new era of development. There are also some problems and challenges facing the training of young cadres in enterprises. Based on the actual situation of the development of young talents in the author’s unit, this paper puts forward some feasible measures in light of the constraints of the system of young cadres and related issues.
