《钢筋焊接及验收规程》(JGJ18-96)规定,钢筋采用电弧焊搭接接头时,焊接端钢筋应适当预弯,以保证两钢筋的轴线在一直线上,搭接长度为 l(图1);另外,《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》(GBJ301-88)规定,电弧焊接头处弯折不得大于4°。按规定的搭接长度计算,接头处弯折角度应该是多少呢?下面以Ⅱ级钢筋双面搭接焊为例,求其弯折角度α值,以供工程施工中控制。
