本文研究了用不同工作液来切割钝铁试件,结果表明合理选择工作液和水可以有效地改善表面的黑白条纹状况,提高切割速度;研究了对几种模具材料的切割,结果表明,线切割熔化层厚度随着脉冲宽度的增加而增加。但是,同一切口的两个侧面熔化层厚度,有时相差不大,有时差异甚大;研究了线切割纯铁试件时,钼丝成分不仅向线切割表面转移,而且渗入了熔化层中。
In this paper, the different working fluids were used to cut blunt iron specimens. The results showed that the choice of working fluid and water could effectively improve the black and white stripes on the surface and increase the cutting speed. The cutting of several mold materials was studied. The thickness of the cut melt layer increases as the pulse width increases. However, the thickness of the melted layer on the two sides of the same incision sometimes has little difference and sometimes varies greatly. When the pure-iron test piece is cut, the molybdenum wire component not only migrates to the wire-cut surface but also penetrates into the melted layer.
