根据氮爆式液压冲击器的工作原理,建立了新型的液压冲击器模糊控制方案。本文首先介绍了液压冲击器的回弹现象、回弹波形和回弹速度的计算;接着阐述了模糊控制策略的工作原理和特点。在分析了本文气液联合式液压冲击器的特点之后,给出了冲击器控制系统模糊控制器的具体设计过程。实验结果表明,在不影响实验控制效果的前提下,应用模糊控制可以有效降低实验装置的成本,满足了系统的要求。
According to the working principle of nitrogen burst hydraulic impactor, a new type of fuzzy control scheme of hydraulic impactor was established. In this paper, the springback phenomenon, the springback and the springback calculation of the hydraulic impactor are firstly introduced. Then the working principle and characteristics of the fuzzy control strategy are explained. After analyzing the characteristics of the gas-liquid combined hydraulic impactor in this paper, the design process of the fuzzy controller of the impactor control system is given. The experimental results show that the fuzzy control can effectively reduce the cost of the experimental device and meet the requirements of the system without affecting the experimental control effect.
