先天性巨输尿管症是一种较为少见的输尿管疾患。其临床特点是没有输尿管末端的机械性梗阻 ,输尿管显著扩张 ,无下尿路梗阻及膀胱输尿管返流等病变。临床上以反复的尿路感染、血尿、腰痛等为主要表现。我院 1991～ 1998年共收治 7例 ,报告如下。1　资料与方法1·1　临床资料　本 Congenital giant ureter is a relatively rare ureteral disease.
