自印度学者Rao,SR等最先报道了蛇纹石治疗氟骨症的良好效果,引起了各国学者的兴趣,我国也有不少报道。现就蛇纹石治疗氟病的疗效和安全性问题综述如下。 一、蛇纹石治疗氟病的疗效 Rao,SR等氏的10名重症氟骨症病人用蛇纹石治疗的疼痛减轻,关节运动改善,尿氟排泄增加1～2倍,其中有7例血清钙磷轻微升高。16例氟神经根病患者,都有颈部强直症状。在开始治疗(口服蛇纹石粉50mg,一日二次)的2～3周内,首先是四肢的
