某大型主题乐园工程中,业主方为美国、法国、日本等国公司,而施工方则是大型的当地国企。由于业主方与施工方在理念、语言、文化、环境等方面有着很大的差异,业主方的管理模式与国内常规的施工管理模式有着较大的差距,因此在施工过程中曾走了些弯路。主要对大型主题乐园建设中中西方施工管理的差异进行了对比分析,同时对传统企业在进行该类工程施工管理方面应如何应对提出了建议。

As the owners and constructors have great differences in philosophy, language, culture and environment, there is a big gap between the owners’ management mode and the domestic conventional construction management mode, so some detours have been taken during construction . Mainly carries on the contrastive analysis to the construction management difference between China and the West in the construction of the large-scale theme park, at the same time puts forward the suggestion to the traditional enterprise how to deal with this kind of project construction management.
