本文介绍了代表目前世界纺织技术水平的若干自动化棉纺工厂基本结构内容。第一部分是以日本东洋纺绩株式会社的CAS系统为例,对该自动工厂的一些新式特殊机械设备进行了说明。该系统是由开清条系统和纺纱系统两部分组成。其中采用了单程开清棉机、棉箱喂入式组合式梳棉机、高速自调并条机、超大牵伸精纺机等新式机器,并采用自动落纱机、机械化运输系统等节省辅助劳动的措施。因此6000锭的工厂只要5名挡车工人。第二部分是讨论有关自动化棉纺机械设备的若干设计参数。(1)棉箱容量——从棉箱容量的调节过程分析得出结论:棉箱不必太大,棉箱的容量只要根据调节器元件的寿命来设计。由棉箱大小而引起的纱条不匀率变异是一种长片段不匀波,完全可以由后面的自调并条机来消除。(2)自调匀整器的最佳设计参数——从自调匀整器的系
This article presents the basic structural content of several automated cotton spinning mills representing the current level of world textile technology. The first part is an example of the CAS system of Japan Toyobo Co., Ltd., and some new special mechanical equipments of the automatic factory are described.
