目的:研究血府逐瘀液对血小板与内皮细胞功能的影响。方法:将不同浓度血府逐瘀液与血小板和体外培养人脐带内皮细胞共同作用,用放射免疫方法测定血小板膜表面GPⅡb/Ⅲa复合物和人脐静脉内皮细胞表面血栓调节蛋白(TM)分子数。结果:血府逐瘀液(40mg/ml,80mg/ml)明显抑制二磷酸腺苷诱导的GPⅡb/Ⅲa复合物分子表达,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<005,P<001),而血府逐瘀液对TM无明显影响。结论:血府逐瘀液通过阻断GPⅡb/Ⅲa复合物的暴露,可抑制ADP对血小板的激活。
Objective: To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Liquid on the function of platelets and endothelial cells. METHODS: Different concentrations of Xuefuzhuyu liquid were co-administered with platelets and human umbilical cord endothelial cells. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the number of thrombomodulin (TM) molecules on the surface of platelet membrane GPIIb/IIIa complex and human umbilical vein endothelial cells. . Results: Xuefu Zhuyu Liquid (40mg/ml, 80mg/ml) significantly inhibited the expression of GPIIb/IIIa complex molecules induced by adenosine diphosphate, which was significantly different from the control group (P<005, P<0 01), while Xuefu Zhuyu Liquid had no significant effect on TM. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Liquid can inhibit the activation of platelets by ADP by blocking the exposure of GPIIb/IIIa complex.
