目的:对医院中药质量参差不齐的原因进行分析并提出建议。方法:以武汉市中医医院药学工作中遇到的中药质量问题为例,分析影响医院中药质量的原因,并提出相应的解决办法。结果:中药入库验收环节、中药临方炮制以及中药储存、养护环节等直接影响着医院中药质量,医院药学部门应对上述环节进行严格的管理。结论:医院药材质量的好坏与医院药学管理制度和重视程度有着紧密的联系。
Objective: To analyze the causes of the uneven quality of Chinese medicine in hospitals and make recommendations. Methods: Taking the quality problems of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) encountered in pharmacy work in Wuhan Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example, the reasons for the quality of Chinese medicine in hospitals were analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed. Results: The storage and acceptance of TCM, the processing of traditional Chinese medicine and the storage and maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine directly influenced the quality of Chinese medicine in hospitals. The pharmacy department of the hospital should strictly manage the above links. Conclusion: The quality of hospital medicinal herbs is closely related to the hospital pharmacy management system and the degree of emphasis.
