国家审计机关在法律适用中的特点、审计机关单位的机构设置,都是国家审计机关单位的重要组成部分,涉及到我国审计机关在审计上存在的一些问题。国家审计机关单位承载着我国重要的守护任务,因此要从最基层的审计工作中要严格的控制。本文就国家审计法律做了简单的概述,对其在法律适用中存在的问题和解决的对策给予了详细的论述研究,希望能促进行业的发展。
The characteristics of the state auditing organ in the application of law and the institutional arrangement of the auditing organ are all important components of the state auditing organ and involve some problems in auditing of the auditing organ in our country. National auditing agencies carry important guardianship tasks in our country and should therefore be strictly controlled from the most basic level of auditing work. This article gives a brief overview of the national auditing law and gives a detailed discussion on the problems existing in the application of the law and the solutions to the problems, hoping to promote the development of the industry.
