在深化农村初中办学模式改革中，我们深切地感到：以前师资队伍的状况与教育要服务于地方经济和社会发展，培养农村经济适用型人才的现实需求还很不适应，是制约深化农村初中办学模式改革的一个十分突出的问题。针对这种状况，我们在建设新型教师队伍方面采取了以下几项措施。
