本文采用自编调查表对１９９５年上半年入所７２０例戒毒人员中，查明有使用三唑仑情况的２８８人进行调查分析，结果表明：海洛因依赖合并使用三唑仑者占同期入所人数的４０％；三唑仑的主要使用方式为：烫吸＞鼻吸＞口服＞与海洛因混合掺兑；使用时间为２月—３９月，平均１９月±７．２月；使用剂量为０．５—３３．７５ｍｇ（２—１３５片），平均８．５ｍｇ±２．７５ｍｇ（３４片±１１片）；使用目的６８．１％为增加海洛因的效果，１５．６％因入睡困难而用药，１２．５％因经济困难暂时无海洛因而替代，另有３．８％为戒断海洛因。三唑仑在停药后可有严重焦虑和情绪改变，出现震颤，共济失调，彻夜不眠等表现，使用者常为固定的用药模式形成依赖而不易摆脱。该文提示三唑仑获得渠道便利，价格低廉，在海洛因依赖人群中耐受性增长快，使用剂量惊人，对个体危害程度及导致的其它社会问题不容忽视，必须要加强零售市场的管理。
In this article, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 720 drug addicts who were admitted to the city in the first half of 1995, and 288 people who used triazolam were identified. The results showed that: Heroin dependence combined with triazolam accounted for 40 people in the same period. %; The main use of triazolam is: hot smoking> sniffing> oral> mixed with heroin; use time is February -39 months, an average of 19 months ± 7.2 months; use dose is 0.5 - 33.75mg (2-135 tablets), average 8.5mg±2.75mg (34 tablets ± 11 tablets); use purpose 68.1% for the increase of heroin, 15.6% due to difficulty falling asleep and medication. 5% were temporarily replaced by heroin because of economic difficulties, and another 3.8% were abstinent from heroin. Triazolam can have severe anxiety and mood changes after stopping treatment, with tremors, ataxia, and sleepless nights. The users often rely on fixed medication patterns to form dependence and not easy to get rid of. This article suggests that triazolam has access to convenient channels, low prices, rapid growth in tolerability in heroin dependent people, surprisingly large doses of use, and individual harm levels and other social problems that cannot be ignored. It is necessary to strengthen the management of the retail market.
