在生长成单层的MA104细胞中加入抗BRV受体McAb,及用抗-BRV中和后的抗BRV受体McAb,37℃作用1小时,再感染BRV。结果表明抗BRV受体McAb既能保护MA104细胞不受BRV的感染,又能代替BRV和抗-BRV发生抗原抗体的特异性结合反应。同时表明我室建立的筛选杂交瘤细胞的ELISA法的可靠性。
BRA receptor McAb was added to MA104 cells grown in monolayer and treated with anti-BRV receptor McAb neutralized with anti-BRV for 1 hour at 37 ° C before BRV infection. The results showed that the anti-BRV receptor McAb can protect MA104 cells from BRV infection and replace the specific binding reaction of antigen and antibody between BRV and anti-BRV. At the same time, I demonstrated the reliability of the established ELISA screening of hybridoma cells.
