在食用菌行业中,经常可听到议论“菌种退化”问题。为究其原因,近几年来我们曾对河北、山东、北京、陕西等地的12个食用菌菌种生产者(其中正式菌种厂3个)进行了一些调查。结果有2家,制种关键技术是由科研单位和大专院校的专业工作者把关,沿用了三年的3个品种,均未见有明显退化。而另10家,也是从科研单位买来的优良菌种,
In the mushroom industry, it is often heard that the issue of “strain degeneration” is discussed. For the sake of reason, in recent years, we conducted some surveys on 12 producers of edible fungi in Hebei, Shandong, Beijing and Shaanxi (among which 3 were officially planted). There are 2 results. The key technology of seed production is checked by professional workers of scientific research institutes and tertiary institutions, followed by three varieties in three years, with no apparent deterioration.
