脉冲弧焊有许多独特的优越性,其中一项是可减少焊缝的气孔倾向性。本文拟从调整脉冲频率来观测焊缝扩散氢含量的影响,以期找到频率对焊缝扩散氢含量的规律,以利于揭示其减少气孔的机理,并明确采用什么频率范围对减少焊缝扩散氢最有效。从而益于有效地利用脉冲的作用提高焊缝质量。
There are many unique advantages of pulsed arc welding, one of which is to reduce the stomatal tendency of the weld. This paper intends to observe the influence of the diffusion of hydrogen content in the weld by adjusting the pulse frequency in order to find out the frequency of the diffusion of hydrogen content of the weld rule in order to reveal its mechanism to reduce stomatal and clear what frequency range to reduce the weld diffusion effective. Thus benefiting the effective use of the pulse to improve the weld quality.
