采用晒干、硫磺熏蒸、热风干燥、微波干燥、红外干燥以及各种联用技术干燥天麻药材,通过比较各样品的性状、浸出物、有效成分含量,考查不同干燥方法对天麻药材质量的影响。结果表明,硫磺熏蒸、热风干燥、热风微波联用干燥得到的样品性状特征较好;不同干燥方法对浸出物影响小,其中热风干燥处理后浸出物含量较高;硫磺熏蒸、单用微波干燥、单用红外干燥会造成二苯乙烯苷类成分转化和天麻多糖含量的下降。综合分析药材性状、活性成分含量、生产成本等因素,天麻药材的产地加工干燥方法以热风干燥或热风微波联用干燥为首选。
The effects of different drying methods on the quality of Gastrodia elata Bl. Were studied by comparing the properties of the samples, the contents of the extracts and the active ingredients with drying, sulfur fumigation, hot air drying, microwave drying, infrared drying and various combined techniques. The results showed that the characteristics of the samples obtained by sulfur fumigation, hot air drying and hot air microwave co-drying were better. The influence of different drying methods on the extract was small, and the content of the extract was higher after hot-air drying treatment. Sulfur fumigation, microwave drying alone, Drying with infrared alone can result in the conversion of stilbene glycosides and the decrease of polysaccharide content of Gastrodia elata. Comprehensive analysis of medicinal properties, the content of active ingredients, production costs and other factors, the origin of medicinal gastrodia processing drying method to hot air drying or hot air microwave drying is preferred.
