今年9月12 16日,著名经济学家萨米尔·阿明访问了中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所、第三世界研究中心等单位。阿明先生是依附论和不发达理论的主要代表人物之一,现任联合国未来非洲战略局负责人。访华期间,他就全球化与民族性、开放与依附、中国的社会主义市场经济、“中心对外围分而治之”等重大的理论现实问题发表了独到的见解,现归纳如下: 一、全球化与民族性阿明认为,民族的相互依赖性要求相互平等,无论那个国家都应如此。亚、非、拉国家一向重视民族一体化在国家经济、政治中的影响,著名的“万隆计划”就是民族一体化的体现。二战后全球的经济增长,可以归因为反法西斯主义的胜利,特别是前苏联与中国社会主义革命的胜利,为西方国家内部工人阶级和民族主义的发展创造了条件,有利于亚非拉民族资产阶级的发展。随着各国、各地区间交往的加深,经济联系不断密切,一国中的民族性逐渐减弱,各国相互间地区化、全球化的趋势正在加强,最典型
On September 12 this year, the famous economist Samir Amin visited the Institute of World Economics and Politics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Third World Research Center.
