本文研究短期吸烟对血压、血液流变学和心肌微循环的影响,第80天时:(1) 吸香烟烟雾组的尾动脉压、颈动脉收缩/舒张压、肺动脉收缩/舒张压、右心室收缩/舒张珏和心肌毛细血管开放数量均明显高于对照组。(2) 硫氰酸盐和一氧化碳组的血压及心肌微循环的改变与吸烟组相似。(3) 尼古丁组的颈动脉收缩/舒张压增高,心肌毛细血管面积显著降低,四个实验组的血浆粘度和一氧化碳组的全血粘度、细胞压积均明显升高。回归分析发现,心肌的微循环参数与肺动脉及右心室收缩/舒张压呈正相关。未发现血压与血液流变学间有任何相关性。
In the present study, the effects of short-term smoking on blood pressure, hemorheology and myocardial microcirculation were studied. On day 80: (1) tail artery pressure, carotid systolic / diastolic pressure, pulmonary arterial systolic / diastolic pressure and right ventricular systole / Relaxation Jue and the number of open myocardial capillary were significantly higher than the control group. (2) Changes in blood pressure and myocardial microcirculation in thiocyanate and carbon monoxide groups were similar to those in the smoking group. (3) In the nicotine group, the carotid artery systolic / diastolic pressure increased and the area of myocardial capillaries significantly decreased. The plasma viscosity and the whole blood viscosity and the cell pressure of the four experimental groups were significantly increased. Regression analysis found that myocardial microcirculation parameters and pulmonary artery and right ventricular systolic / diastolic pressure was positively correlated. No correlation between blood pressure and blood rheology was found.
