报道了 BSA- SDS- Ag聚合物纳米微粒的制备及水凝胶的性质。用 X射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外 (FT- IR)光谱考察了这种聚合物微粒的结构 ,微粒粒径 32 nm左右 ;用 UV/ Vis光谱及 SEM考察了水凝胶的性质。表明 Ag+ 离子先与 BSA产生化学键合 ,再还原为 Ag粒 ,进而聚合成网状结构的聚合物。
The preparation of BSA-SDS-Ag polymer nanoparticles and the properties of hydrogels were reported. The structure of the polymer particles was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy.
