面对激烈的国际市场竞争,现代医院人力资源管理模式的示范效应明显增加。医院工会应认真研究如何充分利用人力资源管理方法,力争有效地将人力资源管理的知识和技术转换为工会协调医院内部劳动关系、维护职工劳动经济权益的重要手段之一。
Faced with fierce competition in the international market, the demonstration effect of the modern hospital human resource management mode has obviously increased. Hospital unions should carefully study how to make full use of human resources management methods and strive to effectively transform the knowledge and technology of human resources management into one of the important means by which the trade unions coordinate the labor relations within the hospital and safeguard their labor and economic rights.
