目的:建立山豆根与几种易混品的鉴别方法,为山豆根的药物研究工作提供参考。方法:采用显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别法对山豆根与几种易混品进行准确鉴别。结果:山豆根与几种混品(如北豆根、木蓝山豆根、滇豆根)在基源、性状、药理、效用等方面存在明显差异。结论:山豆根与几种混品的基源、性状、药理、效用等方面存在明显差异,在临床配方和药物研究工作过程中应对其引起足够的重视。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for identifying the root of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and its several miscellaneous products, and to provide reference for the drug research of Rhizoma Chuanxiong. Methods: The identification of the roots and several mixed products by differential scanning calorimetry and TLC were used to identify them accurately. Results: There were significant differences in basement, traits, pharmacology and utility between the roots and several mixed products (such as Radix et Rhizoma. Conclusion: There are significant differences in the basis, traits, pharmacology and utility between the roots and several mixed products of Radix et Rhizoma. Radicals should pay more attention to them in the process of clinical formula and drug research.
