目的:结合黄连外在质量和内在品质,为黄连饮片的等级划分提供方法依据。方法:以18批味连饮片为分析对象,第一步测量各批味连片的水分、总灰分、浸出物、含量(表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、小檗碱),剔除不合格者,采用SPSS聚类分析软件分类,定部分统货,第二步测大小(长度、宽度、厚度和质量)、颜色(外部颜色、内部颜色),综合分类结果确定优级和统货。结果:所有在《中国药典》2010年版黄连项下合格的饮片分为优级和统货两个等级。结论:该方法为黄连饮片的等级划分提供可操作性。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a method basis for the classification of Coptis chinensis Pieces in combination with the external quality and intrinsic quality of Coptis chinensis. Method: 18 batches of Tiaidian pieces were taken as the analysis object. The first step was to measure the water content, the total ash content, the extract contents and the contents (berberine, berberine, palmatine and berberine) Unqualified, using SPSS cluster analysis software classification, part of the goods, the second step size (length, width, thickness and quality), color (external color, internal color), the classification results to determine the superior level and inventory. Results: All of the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2010 version of Coptis qualified Pieces are divided into two levels of quality and inventory. Conclusion: This method provides a feasible method for the classification of Huanglian Pieces.
