随着图书馆-用户价值共创理念的兴起,学界和业界对图书馆与用户互动创新范式的研究表现出越来越浓厚的兴趣。但从当前来看,一些学者对图书馆与用户互动创新存在诸多认识误区,甚至将其与用户参与创新等同。对此,本文基于主导逻辑转变角度,对二者之间的本质区别进行深入阐述和论证,指出图书馆与用户互动创新是建立在服务主导逻辑理论基础之上的,并从服务主导逻辑视角介绍图书馆与用户互动创新的内涵和特点,从互动过程、互动关系、互动内容、互动结构等方面论述图书馆与用户互动创新方式的运行机制。
With the rise of library-user value creation philosophy, academia and industry have shown more and more interest in the research of library and user interaction innovation paradigm. However, from the current perspective, some scholars have misunderstood the interactive innovation of libraries and users, and even equate them with the users’ participation in innovation. In this regard, based on the dominant logic transformation angle, this article elaborates and argues the essential differences between the two. It points out that the interactive innovation between libraries and users is based on the service-oriented logic theory and is introduced from the service-oriented logic perspective The connotation and characteristics of interactive innovation between library and users, discusses the operating mechanism of interaction between libraries and users through interactive process, interactive relationship, interactive content and interactive structure.
