研究了 SO2 - 4/ Zr O2 -Al2 O3及 Pt-SO2 - 4/ Zr O2 -Al2 O3固体超强酸催化剂与制备条件的关系 ,探讨了催化剂表面结构及晶化程度 ,并在 N2 活化条件下用脉冲色谱法考察了催化剂催化正丁烷异构化反应活性 .结果表明 ,添加 Al可提高催化剂的催化活性 ,降低反应温度 ,载铂对提高催化剂的活性和稳定性更为有效 .
The relationship between the preparation conditions of SO2 - 4 / ZrO2-Al2O3 and Pt-SO2 - 4 / ZrO2-Al2O3 solid superacid catalysts was studied. The surface structure and degree of crystallization of the catalyst were discussed. Under N2 activation conditions The catalytic activity of the catalysts for n-butane isomerization was investigated by pulse chromatography.The results showed that the addition of Al could improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst and decrease the reaction temperature, and the loading of platinum was more effective in enhancing the catalytic activity and stability.
