虽然助孕技术会使多胎妊娠率的机会增多,但至今未见有人工授精方法与多胎妊娠率之间关系的报道。本研究应用回顾性研究分析了300例在1988年1月~1994年12月期间进行供者精液人工授精(AID)后多胎妊娠发生率与受精方法之间的关系。 所有病人均在月经第2或4d接受人绝经期促性腺激素(hMG)或促卵泡激素(FSH)治疗。注射hMG或FSH 5d后,用阴道B超及血浆雌二醇监测卵泡发育情况,并根据卵巢反应调整剂量,当至少有一个主导卵泡直径达到18mm时注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)5 000IU诱导排卵,在排卵后第1d和第3d分别注射hCG 5 000IU支持黄体。 授精技术:根据病人和实验条件选择不
Although pregnancy-assisted technology increases the chances of multiple pregnancies, so far no reports of the relationship between artificial insemination and multiple pregnancy rates have been reported. This study used a retrospective study to analyze the relationship between the incidence of multiple pregnancies and fertilization after 300 donor AI (AI) semen between January 1988 and December 1994. All patients were treated with menopausal gonadotrophin (hMG) or follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) on either day 2 or day 4 of menstruation. After injection of hMG or FSH for 5 days, the condition of follicular development was monitored by vaginal B ultrasound and plasma estradiol.
