目的 :探索重大突发性公共卫生事件对社会公众心理行为的影响 ,以及在不同阶段中公众心态变化的特点。方法 :对SARS流行期间 3 74人次的心理咨询记录进行分析 ,依据疫情发展情况 ,比较各阶段的差异。结果 :在咨询者中 ,女性 ( 5 9 4% )多于男性 ( 4 0 6% ) ;根据疫情变化将咨询记录数据划分为三个阶段 ,分析发现随着疫情缓和 ,针对SARS症状的咨询者显著减少 ,从 13 1%降低到 1 8% ;有关社会生活的咨询者显著增多 ,从 8 7%上升到 12 3 % ;在有关情绪问题的咨询者中 ,伴有相关症状者显著减少 ,从2 3 0 %降低到 4 5 % ;不伴相关症状者显著增多 ,从 77 0 %上升到 95 5 %。结论 :整个SARS疫情期间 ,情绪问题始终占第一位 ;随SARS疫情缓和 ,社会公众对于疾病本身的关注减少 ,而与疫情有关的社会生活问题增多 ;面对突发性公共卫生事件 ,及时开通心理咨询热线电话是十分必要的。
Objectives: To explore the impact of major public health emergencies on the psychology of the public, and the characteristics of public mentality in different stages. Methods: 3 74 psychological counseling records during the SARS epidemic were analyzed, and the differences in different stages were compared according to the epidemic situation. Results: Among the counselors, there were more women (59.4%) than men (40.6%). According to the changes of the epidemic, the records of counseling and recording were divided into three stages. According to the analysis, consultants who responded to the SARS symptoms Significantly from 13 1% to 18%; consultants for social life increased significantly, from 87% to 123%; those with related symptoms decreased significantly from 23 0% decreased to 45%; those without associated symptoms increased significantly from 77 0% to 95 5%. Conclusion: During the whole SARS epidemic, the emotional problems always take the first place. With the SARS epidemic easing, the public pay less attention to the disease itself and the social life problems related to the epidemic increase. In the face of sudden public health incidents, Counseling hotline is very necessary.
