为完善医用硬性内窥镜成像质量的检测方式,设计了基于刀口法的内窥镜调制传递函数测量系统。建立了刀口扫描法的理论模型,通过CMOS对高精度扫描的刀口像的灰度值进行采样获得刀口扩散函数,再将其进行微分和傅里叶变换得到内窥镜的调制传递函数。实验对0°鼻窦镜进行多次测量,经过分析计算得到的调制传递函数曲线较为稳定,结果表明该系统能够实现对内窥镜调制传递函数的自动化测量。
In order to improve the imaging quality of medical rigid endoscopy, a knife-edge-based endoscopic modulation transfer function measurement system was designed. The theoretical model of the knife-edge scanning method was established. The gray value of the knife-edge image with high-precision scanning was sampled by CMOS to obtain the knife-edge diffusion function, and then the differential transfer function and the Fourier transform were used to obtain the modulation transfer function of the endoscope. Experiments were performed on the 0 ° sinusoscope for several measurements. The curve of the modulation transfer function after the analysis was relatively stable. The results show that the system can automatically measure the modulation transfer function of the endoscope.
