作为2008年北京奥运会的合作伙伴,拥有近30万员工的中国移动在围绕奥运服务及奥运理念传播方面正在进行着各种卓有成效的尝试,所提出的将为2008年奥运会提供“最先进的技术、最丰富的业务和最周到的服务”承诺得到了社会各界的广泛认可与关注。与此同时,为了更好地宣传奥运、理解奥运、服务奥运,中国移动还充分利用自身大型国有企业的身份,在企业内部全面开展“奥运有我更精彩”的主题活动,以期通过最大限度的员工参与,让奥林匹克“我参与、我奉献、我快乐”的精神在员工心中生根发茅,以求在增强企业凝聚力的同时,全面增强员工服务奥运的意识。“奥运有我更精彩”活动共分三个部分,一是辩论大赛,二是“金点子”征集,三是短信知识竞猜。从2007年5月份到11月份,这项持续近7个月、有近30万中国移动员工参与的活动终于于日前在上海国际会议中心圆满落下帷幕。虽然活动已经结束,但由此而带来的积极影响却是深远的,正如中国移动副总裁沙跃家在接受采访时所说:作为全球的文化遗产,奥运会在全世界人民的心目中是一件很高尚的事情,中国移动作为2008年北京奥运会的合作伙伴,有必要让员工一起感受,共同分享服务奥运的那份光荣感和自豪感,并由此带动更多层面的奥运理念的传播。
