针对沿海地区民兵担负的任务,近段时间我们组织三个连队,与驻地民兵(当年参训的)进行一体化训练,收到明显效果。部队训练体制改革后,每年11月中旬至翌年3月中旬为新兵训练期。这个时期,由于新兵集中训练,老兵参加上级举办的两用人才培训,连队在位人员少,组织训练缺乏对象。而这个时期,正是民兵训练的黄金季节,加上增加了专业兵训练的数量,民兵训练“四缺”(缺装备、器材、教员、场地)
In response to the task entrusted by militia forces in the coastal areas, recently, we organized three companies to carry out integrated training with the resident militia (then participating in the training) and received noticeable results. After the reform of the military training system, mid-November every year to the middle of March the following year will be the training period for recruits. During this period, the veterans took part in the training of dual-purpose personnel organized by their superiors due to the concentrated training of recruits, and the lack of company officers and the lack of training in organizational training.
