1 Professor Zhao Zhongxian, a famous superconducting expert, said: I also heard a story about a queen in British history who visited the Greenwich Observatory and felt that the work of scientists was remarkable. When they learned that their wages were relatively low, they wanted to Increased salary. Astronomers say that it would be better for them to buy more instruments. If the wages are too high, the scientists who work at the Greenwich Observatory will be reduced. Because there are more people running for money, real astronomers will find it difficult to come in. Of course, I don’t mean that Chinese scientists are now paid more. Instead, they say that the people they are looking for must be those who are truly fascinated by science and suitable for science. In particular, they must select and train outstanding young people from generation to generation.
