Li Yuliang， whose pen name is Huang Yin， alias Yanshan Commoner， is the Vice Chair of China Painting Artists’ Association， Vice President of Huaxia Celebrities Calligraphy and Painting Institute， member of Chinese Calligraphers’ Association， Council Member of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Association， Council Member of Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute， researcher on bird-and-flower painting of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Federation， Council Member of Chinese Calligraphers’ Association and Vice Director of Seal Cutting Committee.Huang Yin was born in Beijing in 1949. He kept practicing calligraphy since he turned 20 years old. He also learned from Liu Bingsen in painting， and gained support and help from many calligraphers and painters alike including Qi Gong， Ouyang Zhongshi， Jia Songyang， Wang Chengxi， Ma Quan， etc.. His calligraphy style modeled after from the ancient time of Qin Dynasty to the near time of Ming and Qing Dynasty. His stroke is bold and restrained， but clear and neat. He is famed as the "Prince of Peony" in China for his painting style， which is graceful， poised， original and novel.Since 1980s， his works were already published in Beijing Daily， China Youth Daily and China Jurisprudence Daily. Among his many awards and honors are Silver Prize in China Wine Culture Calligraphy and Painting Expo， The Third Prize in China-Japan Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Expo， Honorable Mention on Clerical Script in Calligraphy and Painting Expo of 50 Years' Anniversary of Founding New China， Honorable Mention in "Two-Wangs Cup" National Calligraphy and Painting Seal Cutting Contest. His many works have been exhibited in China and abroad， and won many awards. Some of his works were also collected by international friends from Japan， Republic of Korea， Switzerland， UK and Southeast Asia countries.
