70%低地板轻轨车是国内城市轨道交通采用的新型车辆,其技术参数、结构与地铁车辆有很大不同。以近期完成的长春轻轨南三环车辆段停车列检库工艺设计为例,介绍了停车列检库的检查坑、库长计算,顶层作业平台设置,安全设施的设计等。70%低地板轻轨车辆停车列检库工艺设计应结合车辆自身特点,并吸取地铁停车列检库、动车组检查库设计中的先进技术,使设计既满足功能要求又美观实用,技术先进并节省投资。
70% low floor LRT is a new type of vehicle used in domestic urban rail transit. Its technical parameters and structure are very different from those of subway vehicles. Taking the recently completed process design of the parking lot of Changchun Light Rail South Third Ring Road depot as an example, the inspection pit, the head of storage, the top working platform and the design of safety facilities are introduced. 70% low floor light rail vehicle parking inspection warehouse process design should be combined with the vehicle’s own characteristics, and draw the subway train inspection, EMU inspection library design of advanced technology to meet the functional requirements of both design and aesthetic, practical, advanced technology and save investment.
