本文结合关联分析与遗传方式分析的AGFAP法重新分析了几份关于α1-AT及Tf的遗传多态性与几种疾病的关联,结果显示PiM3与几种肝疾病呈负关联,Tfc2与NIDDM及肝癌呈正关联。AGAFP法分析结果不排斥Tfc2是NIDDM或肝癌的一个疾病易感基因的可能。
In this paper, we reanalyzed the association between genetic polymorphisms of α1-AT and Tf with several diseases based on association analysis and genetic analysis of AGFAP. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between PiM3 and several liver diseases, Tfc2 and NIDDM and Liver cancer is positively related. The results of the AGAFP assay do not exclude the possibility that Tfc2 is a susceptible gene to NIDDM or HCC.
