本文用了大量试验数据说明,我国与国外先进水平相比,抽油机-深井泵装置系统效率太低.国外常规抽油机系统效率为47%,改进后效率为59%,而我国常规抽油机系统效率为20.5%.提高抽油机-深井泵装置系统效率的关键就是要提高系统的分效率.其具体做法是:①在电动机上采用多功能节电箱和功率因数控制器,可分别节能2~9%和10~45%;②采用窄V带传动效率可提高4%,采用同步带可节能15%;③将常规型抽油机改为偏置机,即将对称循环的四连杆机构改为非对称循环,可节能13~25%;④采用玻璃钢抽油杆或连续抽油杆,以及在钢质抽油杆上装设滚轮;⑤设计新型高效深井泵;⑥加强管理.
