机场道面混凝土抗冻耐久性一直是北方寒冷地区与高寒高海拔地区机场道面设计与施工中的重点与难点。本文基于天津机场道面工程中的大量现场工程试验数据,开发了机场道面混凝土抗冻耐久性预测模型,通过建立海量抗冻耐久性实测地区数据库,完成了机场道面抗冻耐久性评价预测软件系统的研制,应用于天津机场跑道工程与空客A320总装线道面工程中,可指导机场道面混凝土耐久性设计,降低道面的耐久性劣化风险,提高机场道面结构安全性。
The anti-freeze durability of airport pavement concrete has been the key and difficult point in the design and construction of the pavement of the airport in the cold northern and cold high altitude areas. In this paper, based on a large number of field engineering test data in Tianjin Airport Pavement Project, the prediction model of airport pavement concrete frost resistance durability was developed. By establishing a database of mass antifreeze durability test area, the evaluation and prediction of airport pavement frost resistance durability was completed The development of software system applied to Tianjin Airport Runway Project and Airbus A320 assembly line pavement project can guide the durability design of airport pavement concrete to reduce the risk of road surface durability degradation and improve the structural safety of airport pavement.
